Melhor Começar Pela Bandeira, which translates to “Better Start With The Flag,” is a direct criticism of Brazil’s idealization of the United States. There is a governmental and often popular belief that everything that is created or comes from the United States is inherently better than anything Brazilian. Therefore, prior to changing laws, I hereby request we change our flag first.
